As you can see in the picture, it is not possible to install the missing roof peak.
The second picture shows that the substructure is optimal. I also rebuilt everything and tried again in a different order. Unfortunately, no solution.
And a second problem is that there is an Immerhart deer spawn point in the middle of the house. And now the creatures always spawn in my house.

As a follow up to me previous comment, I can confirm that building walls under the roof does allow the peaked roof section to be placed.
I have the same issue regarding the peaked roof section which does not seem to fit. The other roof section is supported so the issue does not seem to be with structural integrity but rather a snapping issue.
I have found exactly both of these issues myself today when moving to a new location that I liked. But now I find that there is a deer spawn that just won't leave me alone! The Estate Cairn does absolutely nothing apparently, whereas it should take care of needless animal spawns as well, not just bound mobs.
