Cant examine insight glyph

In an explorer level fae desert vault, I cannot examine the last glyph needed on the insight challenge. I am standing in front of it and have tried spamming E all around it and the option to examine will not appear. As a result I cannot progress in this vault and will have to leave and reset all progress.
