Description:
When a stone or mineral node gets hit with a mining tool with the Oberon’s Bounty spell cast on it, the resources it yields may spawn underground and be inaccessible to the player.

Workarounds:
- Sometimes 'Hold E' for auto pick up can recover some of the resources

I also was mining pursuit earlier and frequently getting 1 ore while using Oberon's bounty and always doing auto pickup
