In screenshot I see a player as 20/300 health.
She sees her own health as full.
This looks related to Follower bug where they walk around with about 20% health visually.

Our development team has recently implemented a potential fix for the Teammate's health bars not displaying properly.
To confirm that this fix is in action, please check that you are running the latest version of the game, 0.5.2.300614 – visible in the top center when you log in to character creation/selection. If you are still seeing this issue, please make a new post stating the date and start upvoting it. Upvoting is the best way to ensure visibility on issues and support us in creating a more polished game experience for you and the Nightingale community
