Crafting Augmentations Stop Working

The crafting augmentations connect to the crafting stations when placed/built. Upon reload they no longer are connected. The check marks are not there. Picking them up and replacing them does nothing. Picking them up and moving them FAR away, 8+ foundation lengths away, then moving them back works. However, I am having to do this EVERY TIME I reload my home map. Additionally, when inspecting the crafting station, the augmentations show in the details list. But they do not apply. For example, with a 1.4x multiplier augmentation, making 3 items should make 4 every single time. It makes 3 every time even though the augmentations show in the inspect list. Once moving the augmentations away and back, it properly makes 4 items again.
