Double Portal in Magwytch Marshes

I'm not quite sure what is going on here, but I seem to have found myself a bunker that has two portals in it. Both portals lead to the same thing. Once one was finished, I went to do the other and it turns out the other portal just opened up to the one I'd previously completed. I'll just say that it is odd.
