Spell of Weakening (Or Some Mechanic Like It)

This applies to all modes, but a spell that causes an entity to receive crit damage on body shots and gain extra crit damage if a weakpoint is hit. I'm mostly thinking about Yex at the moment since it has none, but otherwise I think that a spell that weakens would be perfect for "Cloak and Dagger" playstyles!
