Crafting sometimes takes a long time to complete, especially if you have to craft 60 Focal Shards for a Tier 4 respite. There is no way to complete this unless you keep clicking the timeout window or you go do something else. I suggest no timeout feature if a person is actively working at a work station. If they are just standing there with no activity happening, then by all means, time them out.
