Currently my Workbench shows me a negative grit trait and what it does, but not how to get the positive version. (I'm aware that shows up when you're placing items, but that's only part of my point.)
It doesn't show any of the other traits that can affect it, like Warm and Well Lit. And maybe a bunch of others, who knows?
I think the trait view on a crafting station should show all the positive traits it can acquire and exactly how to get them.
