I participate in another forum here, for a game from another company... the developers are extremely active there.
They answer questions, track bugs in the game, listen to ideas and respond to everyone to let them know when one of them is or will be implemented, even tagging those who suggested it.
They are currently beta testing an update that will be implemented in the first quarter of 2025...
Every change or problem found, whether by players or developers, is quickly reported.
I miss this presence, and I see it in other players who use Reddit, on Inflexion's part.
The centralization on Discord and here makes it easier for you... but it alienates players who, like me for example, do not have English as their native language.
I would really like to see your developers, properly identified, actively participating in the r/Nightingale channel on Reddit.
