More Combat Value For Offhand Tools

With the umbrella glider being such a crucial tool for navigation and environmental protection, it's hard to keep it out of my offhand bar- but it really stings to have it there mid-fight. To mitigate this, I think adding an umbrella dodge and attack system would really help expand combat options and also help justify its use of a slot.

Using your offhand button while grounded with umbrella in hand could execute a longer dash to really help control your positioning in tight combat situations or just simply clear way from big attacks. The feature's benefits would extend to speeding up exploration and clearing gaps better, and you could even make a dash cancel that pulls you from the dash and does a precision strike with a melee when you attack mid-dodge, or perhaps even let you "cancel" a normal attack with an umbrella dash which would do a back dash attack. Keeping these features separate from normal dodging incentivizes umbrella use in combat and also plays into creation of more playstyles.

I come across a similar problem for the lantern. I think the cleanest solution to it is adding a fourth spell slot to one handed weapons that's only available while wielding a lantern, basically implying that the magic flame within is a conduit to cast a wider span of magics from.
