Why is Tier 4 suddenly "buy recipes" and everything but food is still Tier3++. The abrupt change in mechanics makes no sense. Just add a Tier 4 to the tree FFS. And don't get me started on suddenly getting 'coins'. Stick to one currency please and avoid the stupidity of multiple currencies.
The UI for the skill tree is very limiting. They probably have to overhaul it properly.
