Across all realms the player often finds materials on altars and other POI's that look like some form of offering - these include a range of ingots, raw and cut gems and bound fibers etc...
A problem i noticed is that tiered materials (materials that can be tier 1, 2, 3 etc... such as Lacunus ingots, lumber types or bound fibers) always spawn in the tier one form, regardless of the realm tier.
Finding tier one materials of this type in an ascended realm for example, is a bit of a let down, and i think it would be much better if these material spawns scaled with realm tier.
