Had multiple mods for other games that have a "store everything" button. You push the button and in a certain area all chests are searched and if they contain a ressource you have in your inventory it's being stacked into the chest. This way you don't need to manually click on every chest and stack manually.
Most also have an exception implemented. E.g. CTRL+Rightclick shows a frame and the ressource (or inventory space) does not get auto stored.
