Fabled Shotgun Charm

Given how drastically some of the fabled charms improve the feel of their associated weapon (i.e. the bolt-action rifle), and that some of them confer two separate buffs, it feels lacking that the shotgun's fabled charm doesn't also allow our survivor to eject+reload both shells at once, a la Doom.

I've used the longbow and bolt-action rifle quite a bit and they both feel quite capable as 'primary' workhorse weapons, and from what I've seen, the shortbow and lever-action are no slouches, either (though I imagine their shorter range would make them fairly lackluster vs. the automaton queen).

The shotgun, however, feels distinctly lacking as a workhorse weapon as its effective DPS is heavily diminished by its long reload time; both the longbow and the bolt-action can land several shots on a stunned Sheilak, for example, but the shotgun would be lucky to get more than 3-4 shots before the stun ends.

As it stands unloading both barrels into a weakspot at point-blank does somewhere between 50-75% of a longbow weakspot shot, with roughly equivalent weapons, except the longbow can fire 2+ more times before the shotgun could've reloaded, on top of better range. For the shotgun to compete, it either has to do absurd damage (3-4 longbow shots total) within those two shots, or have a improved effective firerate via faster reload. Adding a dual-shell eject-and-reload to the fabled charm seems like a fitting solution.

(As an aside, technically for this to "physically" work in-game, the shotgun would have to have an ejector, which might not be doable if the model has to respect whether or not the charm is equipped, but I doubt many players would notice.)
