Character Appearance Save Function

To put it simply, I wanted to make sure the idea was forwarded to developers to implement the ability to save customized characters locally.

I didn't mind much losing my old character with the recent wipe with 0.5 as I didn't give much effort into his appearance, however now that I've put time and effort into my character and am not confident in recreating him again it's a small fear in the back of my head every time I log in- that if another reset happens I'd lose my custom character.

I can only imagine how frustrating it would have been had I been one of those who put forth hours effort before the reset and had gotten attached to those characters over who knows how many hours.
