Remove the Fae Resources from Storied Realms

Greetings Devpeoples,

This post is to request that the various Fae Resources, the Gear Score 100 special POI ones like Titan's Fingernail, Einaidia, and Star Ruby, be removed from the Storied Realms entirely. The reasons for this are two fold:

  1. It's too easy to freely reset the Storied Realms, and immediately farm these resources with neither any change to position nor difficulty.

  2. It doesn't incentivize people to delve through the Untamed Realms, which are presented as the place to go to find the rare and unique resources. But with these resources able to be located significantly easier in Storied Realms, from a player perspective, this isn't the case with several.

Because of this, I'd much rather these specific types of resources be left entirely to the Untamed Realms, to inspire players to delve into and seek them out, striving through new and challenging Realms, as one should for these very highly sought after resources.

One potential interesting mention from discussions on this was that possibly these resource sites remain, but the resources themselves be "mined out". So a barren titan's fingernail tree, or a barren star ruby tree, be all that remains. No resources, but a unique and interesting landmark to draw the eye, and for canny players to notice during Untamed Realms diving.

Kind Regards,

Kahz

I like the mined out idea more than removing them. The story realms I think are designed correct? I ask as I came across the rare resources and it was very thematic to where they were, like the fingernails growing out form an abandoned factory was cool. Possibly leave one or two discarded materials nearby to give players an idea of what they can do with the material, but not enough to make more than a single item or bauble.
