Lodestar should not be a prerequisite for mundane furnishings

Furnishings chairs and container trunks are merely furnishings and should not be dependent on unlocking the Lodestar.

Also, in Sylvan's Cradle, players who just want furnishings unlock the Lodestar, wasting T2 Essence when quests will unlock it later.
