After killing Azazel, you can go back to talk to Aurelio and he gives a spyglass.
However there is no quest step for this. Also this is a good time to unlock the Spyglass tech node for free especially as Aurelio made his own spyglass as a child and could teach the player.
Also, the contract part of the story is unclear. How did Aurelio violate a contract he didn't even know was there?
What did the contract provide in exchange for Azazel stayng in the vault?
