Add "Show Tracked Recipes" Filter to Crafting UIs

See subject. Many times when I am crafting gear, I track the recipes so I can keep track of what I need. When it comes time to actually producing the items, I would very much like to be able to filter out everything except for what I actually intend to produce (which I marked via tracking/right-clicking the recipe).
