Upgrade Refinement and Crafting Tables instead of destroy and replace

Allow for the tiers of crafting and refinement benches/items to be simply upgraded by inputting higher tiered components instead of making a player destroy the crafting bench and then replace it fully with the new one. This will help reduce the random items that accumulate as one progresses through the game (ie, I have random crafted parts that were part of my refined benches but weren't used in my excellent ones and those components are just sitting in a chest taking up space until I go around and turn them into dust).
