I have not found a way to replace building parts with upgrade parts! This is very important to have option to replace walls and such with different style with out having to removing old styled structure.

my idea was use "X" (pulls up the 'move', 'destroy', etc UI) on a wall or something and turn it into an alternative tile. And if you require additional materials, so be it,
