Recipes like Alchemist Card and Ghost Card require gems that are unattainable when they are unlocked.
Alchemist Card is unlocked with the third level of T3 progression, which happens after beating one of the Gloriana's Tears Sites of Power.
Ghost Card is unlocked with the second level of T3 progression, which happens after beating the Magwytch Site of Power.
Alchemist Card requires Diamond, Ghost Card requires Obsidian. Neither gem is available until Ascended realms.
Diamonds and Obsidian should be found in the realms unlocked when the cards get unlocked so that they can be crafted, rather than 3-4 realm progressions later. This became an issue when the resource distributions were standardized.
