Of all the quests, so far this one is the most fey-themed if you are comparing it to "Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell", which the devs cited as a source of inspiration for Nightingale.
Nevertheless without any fey showing up when the player starts meddling, it feels somewhat lacklustre. Also, the effects on Poe are basically non-existent. We don't see any change to his situation at all, we only read about it. We get Puck dropping in to warn against meddling, but only after everything is done (probably a bug).
This is only mediocre in terms of presenting a story to the player. It is the same blandness as in AGS New World early quest versions where you just talk to someone and read a wall of text.
It could be improved with a change to Poe's idle as the quest progresses and according to player choices in how they completed the quests.
It could be further improved by removing the text box during dialog and having an actual scene, e.g., SWTOR dialog scenes or current New World upgraded quest dialog scenes where they at least try to have the actors emote according to what they are saying.
That said, the dialog and the available choices do put it a tier above New World early storytelling where the NPC just talks at you with a big block of text and you just click to accept or turn in the quest. Dialog is strong in Nightingale, don't falter there.
