Greetings Devpeoples,
This post is to ask that there be implemented a method to "Name" estate address realm cards, so that we as Players can easily find and use multiple estate cards, and use the right estate cards for specific people, or even our own realms, that we may wish to travel to.
At the moment, trying to use multiple cards is an honestly infuriating experience, as they have little distinguishing factors to allow a Player to select one and know where it's actually taking us.
Kind Regards,
Kahz

I'm not really sure why this has been a problem since launch, but having editable text fields like we do for naming structures seems a simple answer.
Along with the usefulness of being able to set something akin to a nickname/label, showing the card's information when within the portal interface would make even what's there currently at least somewhat usable. As it is, you're blind guessing and hoping they're in the order they show up in the tab in inventory.
I think the easier way to do this would be a mailbox system. You could just go to the mailbox and then click on it to go to whoever had you on their mailbox. It's a little bit hand wavy, but it's a lot better than the portal.
The biggest issue I've noticed is that they all look the same in the portal menu. In your inventory they show the biome and level, and sometimes the name of the player they belong to (has an estate cairn in the realm?), but when you are playing them there is no distinction; they're all identical.
