Lights bleed through walls and floors, creating lighted walls/ceilings/floors where there shouldn't be. (This was also the case before the update.) It looks like that is mostly due to the "seams" of the tiles not being fully "sealed," since most (or all) of the bleed happens on the edges between two tiles.
Light fall-off radius is too short. It is (bleachingly) bright in a small radius (2 meter?) around the light source, but dark outside of that radius. The fall-off radius should be a little more gradual, as well as having a larger radius rather than just being brighter.
