Charm of the Assassin poison damage

Charm of the Assassin poisons targets that have been struck 3 times with a knife within a certain period, assuming the player does not take damage, but the poison is based on the knife's damage. Knives are low-damage tools, so the poison even with min-maxed tools is insignificant. A Mystical Hunting Knife with high damage only poisoned creatures for around 90/tick, which is not enough to make any kind of difference even on Explorer difficulty. This makes the charm useless.

The poison damage should be scaled off of the knife's damage, but be the product of a more appropriate calculation. Some combination of damage and critical modifier would be better, or maybe just a vastly higher multiplier.

For example, 100 damage => 1,000 poison/tick, since knives have a low max damage capacity. Or 100 damage + x8.5 critical => 100 * (8.5 + 10) = 1,850 poison/tick.

The charm is acquired late in the game when that kind of damage is borderline trivial. It should be calculated with Nightmare difficulty in mind so that it isn't skipped over as useless. In general the highest difficulty should be considered when any feature is implemented so that the flavor of the game doesn't go away in favor of ultra-specific builds required to make any progress.
