Please let NPC workers harvest tier 2+ resources. Maybe allow adding augments to workstations to allow for better resources harvested.

To make sorting/farming easier I'd love the seed icons to be a seed packet instead with a picture of the particular plant they are. Would mean I don't have to hover over each pile of seeds to find the one I want.
