Building

I love that these guys get to take a load off for a bit, but I think this looks like a rather uncomfortable way to do so.

Since the winter update the game has begun hard freezing at least 2x a session. This has only occurred while placing or removing a tile during building. I've had to close the game down using the task manager, unable to simply leave it.

As the title states, I really can't stand the new build menu as of the Winter Holiday update. It feels clunky and confusing and like it's made more for a controller than for keyboard and mouse. It doesn't even tell you how to pin recipes from it.

It would be nice to allow some measure of terraforming in non-storied realms. For example, adding paths. Or moving some structures. Or digging. This would allow for a tremendous amount of creativity for respites and base-building.
