Nightingale Bugs

Ive been putting mats I need for the 'Gather Bound Research Samples' quest and noticed that the Petrified Ichor was turning into normal Bound Ichor and it becomes unusuable for the quest.

The first thing to activate the trigger is in an other Object. Therefore this quest cant be completed.
