will not let me scroll through menus with a controller, it seems perminatly stuck right not. Loging out did nothing.

Using an Xbox style controller, the first time you quick stack it puts the first item in the chest. then the same button will quick stack the inventory. As far as I can tell its reading the equivalent button as moving an item for the first item.
