Has anyone encountered this issue before?

The quest The Heart of the Matter qlitches when you start it. The beam just keeps going and nothing happens.

WHy are the plant boxes debuffed with the "EXPOSED" trait? They should not be as the plant boxes make no sense indoors, AND were used just fine outdoors ebfore this "major" update that seems to have bugged or broken these and many augments.

The work stations for survivors is working however i cannot see any person there. Ive tried to reload the realm, restart my game/computer, and switched followers but to no avail.
