Nightingale Bugs

Ive been putting mats I need for the 'Gather Bound Research Samples' quest and noticed that the Petrified Ichor was turning into normal Bound Ichor and it becomes unusuable for the quest.

I died in my abeyance realm, and I have the loading screen "Respawning in 5 seconds" and it's stuck, and not counting down.
