    Hi there,
    Can you clarify what steps you are taking when attempting to change your realm's difficulty setting?

    Players cannot change the Realm Difficulty if a portal is Open or Opening. You must first select the 'Close Portal' button, after which the Difficulty can be changed.

    I made this in game problem a month ago and nothink has been done about this can you tell me why you not fixed my game.

I have 12 Portals The Game has set all my portals to extreme difficulty. And I can not change the Difficulty level back. I don't have any materials to make more portals. please fix this bug.

My portals I made I decide what Difficulty I set them at before I Activate the portal. And so far all my portals I've played In was on normal unless I want to change It to a harder Difficulty ..

I had notice when I went to use a portal that the portal was set to Extreme. I check all my other portals and there are all the same set to Extreme. I have not set the portal to Extreme myself. so there must be a bug In the game that has done this...
