Portals Merged

I have 12 Portals The Game has set all my portals to extreme difficulty.

And I can not change the Difficulty level back.

I don't have any materials to make more portals. please fix this bug.

Steps to Reproduce Only when I log In my portals are still set on Extreme Difficulty.so I've stopped playing because of this until its fixed.

    Press X to go into build mode.
    Press and hold C to tear them down. You will get all your mats back sans card.
