Chat window disappearing Merged

When you log in a character from the Steam online mode, the chat log (Social Log) is visible in the lower right hand corner. However if you log out back to the character window and log back in, or change to a different character, or portal somewhere, the log in not visible anymore and does show any information of any kind until you log completely out of the game. This was not an issue before the last patch

Chat setting are:

Party Invites : Public

Chat Mode: Show

Enable Streamer Mode: Off
