Player name does not show on the Social Tab

I created a character for online play, but when I go to the social tab my character's name shows up as 'Player' instead of the name I gave the character. I can't receive or send invites to friends.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If possible, please attach a screenshot of the Social/Party menu to this post so we can better understand what may be causing the issue.

    Please also confirm that you do not have any of your Social/Party settings on Private, as this will prevent you from receiving Invites.
