Killing some elites Merged

This is the second time this has happened, in the caves, killed an elite and can't loot to finish it, if it's in a low spot or against a wall, you can't skin and loot it.

Steps to Reproduce not that I know of, once it was beside rock and second a wall. i have picture but this forum didnt provide was to add it.
