My Camera rotation was disabled after accidentally hitting F4 (disable HUD). It became reenabled once I hit F4 again. Before I figured out which key I hit, I ended up having to do the "Help I'm Stuck" and go to the nearest save point, which was across the map at Sylvan's Cradle town.
