Service Error - Need help!

I keep getting the same Service Error message when trying to start up my game: Could not establish connection to {PlatformServiceString}.

    Posting this again since some may not notice my reply to my previous message.


    Yep split tunneling doe's not work for this game had to disconnect Mullvad and then the game connects. Thankfully I had no intention to play this game online.

    I get the same message in the image posted bellow. Game starts but fails to establish a connection to Steam. I have manually allowed game exe's through windows firewall, had steam verify game files and temporarily disabled anti virus. I ran steam and the game as an admin. Running just the game as an admin gave me a different message with the ID blooming or bloomsomething that popped up instantly. By the way this instant error message prevents running the game in the offline mode since default behavior requires canceling the Steam sign in before it brings up an error. I am now going to restart PC and try with VPN completely off as of now Steam and the game should be bypassing it through split tunneling. I don't know maybe the game is like USPS website and blocks the connection despite being allowed to bypass the VPN.

    This is still an issue. Nothing in that support link is helpful.

    im having the same problem, ive tried running everything in admin mode, verifying integrity of the game, resetting modem, checking firewall for anything being blocked, updating drivers, nothing is seeming to work
