I cannot reach the Welkins Reach site of power. I have got the emperyan favour and jumped in the well. All of the doors are open BUT unless there is a fourth pylon I cannot find, the last tp pylons glow red and summon bound - puzzle cannot be solved. All walk throughs suggest that there is only 3 pylons
