I was in Hunt Forest realm for the first time, and was scouting around the location of the Elder Eotan and fought some bound. Then I noticed all the items in my inventory were gone including the 2 Ritual Fabled Meat, Tier 3++ Climbing Picks, Tier 3++ Sickle (with charm and enchantments), Tier 3++ Fishing Rod, Tier 3++ Repair Hammer, all my pistol and rifle ammo, and all the ingredients for a lodestar (including a Synchronous Lotus). It did not effect my slotted consumables or hotbar/equipped equipment or clothing.
The minor realm card in effect was Blood Moon. I know I had the items just minutes before because I used the Climbing Picks to get the nearby Agility site, then swapped a hotbar item to use the Spyglass instead and when I went to switch back, everything in my backpack was gone.
I said "Tier 3++ Sickle (with charm and enchantments)" but meant "Tier 3++ Sickle (with charm and infusion)"
