Cannot "connect to a friend"

Hi!

Me and my friend tried the new "host a friend" feature and cannot join each others servers. We took our IP adresses from this website "icanhazip.com" that u recomended. I've also tried the IP adress in windows network settings but she can't join my server. We have tried it the other way around without success.

It just says that we have the wrong IP-adress :(

We used the default 7777 port and added a password
