If i go to welkins reach and then make a death jump (the fall damage would kill me) and then while falling jump to crossroads, when i get there i get a free duplication of my followers items. I have not tried this in other realms.

Steps to Reproduce
Go to welkins reach, give compannion items, jump off really high cliff and jump to respite mid fall.
This happens any time you travel from anywhere to anywhere, as far as I can tell. Your companion leaves a chest with everything that is not equipped. It is starting to be quite a problem. I have to extract or destroy 50-60 chests already because it is just so much stuff tens to hundreds of thousands of items, I spent an hour cleaning up chest out of my base and surrounding area. Yeah great free stuff but it happens every time you travel. I have attached an example
