I love the new build menu but all the recipes for augmentations are missing from my build menu. When I go to the augmentations tab all it has are the tier tabs but all of them are empty and there's a propt to go to progression to learn recipes. All the recipes still show in progression tab so I can't even relearn them. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no change. I'm not sure what else I can do to fix this.

Playing offline and also do not have any Augmentations.
Same. Cannot access any augmentation building. They are unlocked. I play online.
