Went to Danu in the Hollowed Moor realm, went to Danu's home with the Quest Available marker. When I'm here I can see Danu's club and quest marker, but cannot interact with the NPC at all. It is like Danu's body model isn't loaded, so there is nothing to actually interact with.

Same thing here.
I've found if you stand under the center of the staff and look due North, you can interact with the NPC normally.
Basically, you want to center the "Quests Available" icon in your navbar at the top, with a range of "1" or "2" under it.
Same here. Actually, I accidentally hit the correct spot while trying to pet the dog. I thought the NPC was the dog at first and thought it odd that nothing in the dialogue acknowledged it.
Came here just to let the devs know how far the problem is, cause I have the same problem ;)
found a tiny interact spot on the ground nearby. Very small, had a hard time finally clicking on it.
Just got to her and same thing, I can see a club in the air, and no way to interact

I'm having the same issue. The staff is just floating in the air and the quest marker is floating there too.
I had the same encounter when playing with a friend, but we -can- interact with Danu. When we carefully scanned around the area, occasionally a Interact pop up would appear in empty air near the staff.
