Follower NPC is not showing a model. It is invisible. Only thing I can see is the weapon they are carrying.
Same for me, after just logging online and in Abeyance realm by crossways.
Same problem. He appears when I go through some portals, but disappears again when I go back home.
I had the same problem, only the companion pick was visible I could interact on that basis and he became visible once I went through a portal.
I found that my recruit reappeared after I used a portal and have had no problems since.
