blot the bull goat field boss runs to the ocean every time i shoot him

Every time i try to take out blot the bull goat he runs so fast i cant keep up and his jumping back and forth makes him very dificult to shoot and keep up heaven forbid i have to reload while i jump glide across the swamp to catch up. he takes off running again if i get within 90m of him and every single time (ive had to reset the realm 13 times) he runs directly north or directly west into the ocean and swims out so far i cant kill him and even if I could i cant skin him. should nerf his speed and/or make it so he automatically returns to spawn, or even better he only goes so far from spawn and circles around the area.
