Game crashes in loading screen after character select

In the loading screen after hitting the "Resume" button on character select for either online or offline mode, the game freezes and then crashes to desktop, often without an error message, and sometimes bluescreens.

I have been playing since launch without major issues up to the PTR with the Unreal Engine update to 5.14 (this issue seems to be in both the PTR and prod). Both task manager and MSI Afterburner note a spike to 100% load for both my CPU and GPU immediately prior to the crash. I have an RTX 4070 Ti Super with 32 GB of RAM and an i7-13700K. I am aware that the CPU model I have has some stability issues, but I have not had persistant trouble with any other title, nor trouble with this title up until now. I have verified game files and updated my graphics driver.
