We cannot enter the consumables wheel with the ‘hold A’ shortcut. Holding down the ‘Q’ key opens the menu. But it's impossible to play under these conditions. When we walk to the left (Q key on an AZERTY keyboard), the consumables menu is displayed. Need update as soon as possible.

It's the same problem for qwerty keyboards. I rebinded my q key to move left (and e to move right) and r key to consumables wheel and the bindings are reset after each relogging.
I have to rebind the key every time I relaunch the game.

I have been complaining about lack of azerty/non-qwerty support since day 1 lol.

It seems to be somewhat hardcoded in, rebinding each launch works but is unacceptably tedious

it's a temporary fix, but rebind your consumable key to the same key, hmm but each time you launch the game... :/
